Contact Support
Reach out to our customer care team via email with your order number and a photo of the items you wish to return.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for eligible items.
Pack and Ship
Carefully package the items in their original containers and drop the parcel off at any authorized shipping carrier location.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return at the farm, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
